Venue Bag Policy
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, The O2 enforces a strict bag policy. Only one bag per person is permitted, and it must be no larger than A4 size. Entrances
Guests with AXS Mobile ID tickets can utilize fast-track entry via Entrance B. Please use the left lanes marked "VIP & Suites". From there, escalators and lifts provide direct access to suite level. Staff will be stationed at the escalators and lift areas to assist.
Parking
Each full suite booking includes two (2) parking passes for Car Park 4. Parking passes will be delivered along with your event tickets via AXS Mobile ID and will appear as QR codes. Please present the QR code upon arrival at Car Park 4 for entry. Note: shared suite bookings do not include parking.
Suite Level Access
Suite access details are typically shared about one week before the event. For most evening performances at The O2, access begins between 6:00pm and 7:00pm, with the main act on stage by 9:00pm and an event curfew around 11:00pm. AMEX Lounge access
Access to the AMEX lounge for suite guests is subject to availability. If there are any restrictions for your event you will be made aware a minimum of one week prior to the event.
